PU CAD exhibits thesis of BFA-2025

Lahore: (Monday, October 27, 2025): Punjab University College of Art and Design’s Department of Graphic Design has organized the Graphic Design Thesis Display BFA-2025, showcasing the creative accomplishments of its graduating class. On this occasion, PU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Ali, Principal College of Art and Design Dr Samina Nasim, Chairman Department of Graphic Design Prof Dr Ahmad Bilal, artists, faculty members, and a large number of students attended the event. While interacting with the exhibiting students, Prof Dr Muhammad Ali commended their innovative ideas and professional presentation standards, noting that their work reflected the evolving landscape of contemporary design education. He emphasized the university’s continued commitment to integrating creative research and applied design practices within academic frameworks. Dr Nasim appreciated the collaborative efforts of the faculty who mentored and guided the graduating students throughout their academic journey. Dr Ahmad Bilal admired the students’ dedication, stating that the display presented a diverse range of visual communication projects addressing social, cultural, and commercial themes through branding, illustration, interactive media, and publication design. He added that the exhibition demonstrated the students’ strong grasp of design thinking and its potential to shape meaningful narratives within Pakistan’s visual culture. The exhibition continues to serve as a bridge between academia and industry, offering valuable opportunities for students to connect with design professionals, educators, and the wider creative community. The display will remain open until October 31.
